Our expensive new toy ~ Nikon D90

Was using my digital Sony trying to capture Dear for his Adidas Marathon but got as I can't get good shots n was envying pple ard me capturing good shots on others.. So told Dear I wanna get a good camera.

We discussed n check out and after 2 months finally decided on Nikon D90 and we really paid for it in e Comex!

On Sun nite in order to test the night scene we went ard to try but realised there are alot to learn.. So I decided to go for a short course cos I'm an idiot w SLR but at least Dear has some knowledge but still unsure over some features..

Hope with this new toy we both can open up a new hobby n enjoy shooting together but must take turn la cos we bot one camera only.. Heehee..

We're leaving on a Jet Plane...

Whee... in another few days we're going to Thailand AGAIN.. haha! This time is with Dear's fren Seb and Cel. But the diff is we're going Pattaya first (our first time there) then meet them up at Bangkok. Sad to know that BKK is not safe again now and I hope we will be fine there and come back safely..

We have 2 more short trips in our pipeline and all tics have been booked! These trips are slightly different cos we're not going holiday for ourselves but to attend Weddings! I've never travel to attend a wedding before and I'm looking forward esp that BALI wedding cos it's a the most unique wedding that I'll attend so far..

Really envy the couple to go against all odds to have their wedding dream. Anyway to wed is the couple's decision so they have the rights!

Adidas Sundown Marathon

Oops.. its been a long time since I last update our blog...
Mm... where to start off with??? OK first I would like to thank my most beloved wife her support all these while. Without my dear wife, I wouldn't be able to complete my first 21km marathon and continue into my 2nd 21km marathon this Sept.

My dear wife accompanied me to the race site and waited 2hr 36min for me to return from the run. Now that the marathon is over, she still accompany me to east coast park every saturday and waited for me at Coffe Bean while I jog.

I love you Dear!!!!

We need to cherish our marriage...

While driving to Dear hse last night, he din take u usual route n I keep asking him why. But he keep saying he's bringing me somewhere.. I was wondering wat's up.. But also feeling a little funny abt his action. We stopped at our usual
picnic venue n dear killed e engine. Next he said, can we don't quarrel anymore?

I was surprised by his action. Didn't know Dear will inititate this talk. Explained to Dear it's inevitable we'll quarrel. So I said let's have an agreement on how to approach each other that will not irritate each other when u're angry. Before we could come to a conclusion, Dear started driving away cos his eyes is hurting him.. Dunno shld I be angry or to laugh now.. Feel
he's like a kid whom will just walked away while u're nagging away...

Dear said, we should cherish our marriage. Let learn to cool off for e day if we quarrel then talk again after we calm down.

I'll try. Men character is to stop when they dun wan to go on. Women is to go on till they get an answer.. Guess both of us need to comprosed each other...

Why ?

After 2 mths of disappointment, I'm tired liao. It's mental disturbance which keeps u wondering what's wrong? Why? I've been monitoring, din tell me I got it all wrong? I thought it's this way but seems like it's not. Told myself not to think or bother it too much but I can't. I will still wonder hey! How come? Been reading so much to learn abt it but something is still not right...

All along we din plan for it but just let it happens.. But somehow it was just that coincidence planting on D-day but...

What went wrong??

Our first new house...

Today marked e day we committed ourselves to e biggest asset we ever invested. Finally after all the registration, house hunting, Checking out e new hse location, all the argument, we ended up getting a house that we first wanted. Guess this is call fate.

Hubby and I were very happy. It's a location that suits us owning dogs for e rest of our life.. Walking distance to my favourite activity - swimming. Near e wet market n food centre but.. It's a little far from e train station.

Looking at e flats, maybe it will be ready by end this yr or else e est 3rd qtr next yr.. Wonder will we bring along a little one to our new nest n his/her own house when we started moving in...

I feel it's important for a couple to have their own house where they can proudly address it as 'my home'... As it's a place where 2 of them belong and begin their new life from..

I wish we will have a blissful n loving marriage till e day we leave this world...

BodyWorlds

It's our 2nd time to science centre but nope we're not going to discover about science but to see some human.. It was a very amazing exhibition. Human sacrifice their body for research so that people like us can learn more about our body. Get to see the veins, bones, pelvic bone, penis, testicles... Oh, it's not only human but there were reindeer, giraffe, horse.. The sad part is there were quite alot of babies ranging from weeks till months n almost full term..

A life is simply amazing. Just from a cell alone, it will developed into a life.. Guess we need to learn to appreciate our body and cherish our life...
